    We attended this year's OldWheels in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. More than 600 classic vehicles were on display, and we were an official exhibitor in the classic motorcycle section.

Description:

For sale: a customized Harley-Davidson Sportster XLH 1000 with the Ironhead engine in the high-compression version. The motorcycle comes serviced and with a fresh MFK (Swiss vehicle inspection, 09/2026). The Sportster is in very good condition and has a beautiful patina.

Numerous upgrades have been made: a Dyna S ignition with matching ignition coil, a Bendix carburetor in the version with adjustable main jet, a new air filter and a new throttle cable. The electrical system has been overhauled, and new handlebars with an approval certificate as well as a Softail fender have been fitted.

Many details round off the build, including new ignition leads and a seat made by an upholsterer from genuine zebu leather.
